Andy Murray beats Taro Daniel in three sets after being a break down in the final set.

He becomes only the 18th male player in the Open Era to win 700 singles matches and plays Alexander Bublik in the second round.

I believe Andy intends to donate his cheque to the Ukraine refugee fund. Maybe all his opponents should lie down to him so he can donate more cash after the final.:wink:

Yes he will be donating his entire prize money for the rest of this year to charities helping children in Ukraine.

That's just over £23,000 won at this tournament alone so far.
