I never tire of listening to 'Sound of the Suburbs' even all these years later. One of the greatest singles of that, or indeed any other era.

Ah that's a shame. At The Chelsea Nightclub is one of the great punk albums and the 12 inch of Solitary Confinement/Offshore Banking Business is something I will hold on to forever.

I recall seeing them at Tiffanys around 1978/9 and I still regard it as one of the best gigs I’ve been to (I suspect being 17 and drunk might have helped). Forward 30 odd years and I saw them at The Citrus Club and it was probably the worst gig ever - Nicky Tesco had long departed the band.

I recall seeing them at Tiffanys around 1978/9 and I still regard it as one of the best gigs I’ve been to (I suspect being 17 and drunk might have helped).

Seem to remember the Members guitarist chucking his instrument in the air and it landing on Tesco, splitting his head open.

We saw them in Glasgow for some reason, can't even remember the venue, probably 1979 but it was a bit of a shambles. Pissed up weegies and their non-stop gobbing didn't help though!
