***** all the time.
I'm bulimic I've admitted that to myself over the years but recently I've really went down hill and my head really hates myself.
Maybe a cry for help but generally feel the worst I've ever done. Went to the game today and just felt dizzy and on my own, just felt now me.

Mate, not sure what to say here but try keep your head up as best you can. It's a ****ty situation to find yourself in but try get through it, I am sure you will find plenty help on this forum. Have you got any professional help available?
Take it easy mate. This time of year is always ***** for what it’s worth and it’s hardly a great experience being at ER in recent months. Things have a habit of changing, try and look ahead to something positive coming up. And talk to those around you and on here with your Hibs chums.
He's here!

Have you seen your GP recently? Not sure how 'back to normal' face to face appts are but from what you say that would strike me as an advisable option right now.
As someone else has mentioned this can be a particularly challenging time of year if you're struggling with your mental and/or physical health. It can really help to share your feelings with someone as a starting point for finding your way out of this.

I'm bulimic as well mate, and everything you said above is exactly how I feel at various times.
It's something I've tried to deal with for over 20 years (I'm 42 now) and each day feels like a battle.
If you ever want to reach out and speak to someone, who is dealing with similar, then just send me a PM.
Take care.

Have you had a read through the depression thread? You'll see that there's a lot of people going through similar, off and on, so you're definitely not alone in this.
There's also some fantastically kind and understanding people posting on there and it's really helpful to read other people's experiences, especially from the many people that have been suffering but are starting to come out the other side.
First, though, I would definitely suggest speaking to somebody about how you feel and I echo the thoughts about requesting assistance from your local doctor/health-centre.
Best wishes, bud

I’m sorry to hear of your problems but I think the fact you have come on to a public forum shows a tremendous amount
of courage. I hope you are able to find the help you so obviously desire and need, if You think I can be of any help just send me a PM.
Meanwhile, take care and be safe

Really sorry to hear you've not been feeling well bud.
The GP is always your first stop and your gatekeeper to further help via referral. These people might well be of assistance to you though. They're a registered charity which supports people with eating disorders, including bulimia. They have a helpline and webchat facilities which you might find a little easier to open up on. Also various other resources such as self-help guides and a chatroom to speak to others with similar problems.
Wish you a good recovery.
