Enjoy. Great venue for the boxing. Last time I was there for a fight was both Collins v Benn fights. ***** fights but incredible atmosphere.

It's a strange one.
Brook's face seems to have gone. Khan has always had a glass chin.
Brook will probably have more power, but Khan will probably have more speed.
On balance, I reckon Khan will win on points.

I think Brook will win on points. Khan’s best chance is to knock Brook out, but I just don’t see that happening. I like both fighters, but Brook’s toughness will outlast Khan’s speed and power.

There's quite an interesting article in the Guardian, which includes an interview with Brook. He wants to beat Khan so much it is almost tangible. Ironically, that could prove to be a weakness, he can't seem to detach himself from those feelings.
Does anyone know what the cause of the beef is between them?

When they were both at their peak I would have picked Khan to win all day, every day. Now I'm not so sure. 3 years of inactivity won't have done him any good, and his last fight was a glorified exhibition as well. Brook has hardly been overly active lately either though.
It's essentially 2 guys on the wrong side of the hill looking for one last payday. They'll get it and if it's close they will probably get another one out of it as well. I won't be paying for it but I'll more than likely watch it.

Just finished watching 'the gloves are off' between the pair. Brook doesn't have the trash talking ability that Khan does, but he wants this soo much. The hatred he has towards Khan is palpable.
Khan the technically superior fighter (by quite a way) in their respective heydays. But I think it would take a small army to keep Brook down in the ring tonight. I actually think he'll win through shear heart/determination.
Have to say, both men look in incredible shape for this, especially Brook.

I thought Brook look drained at the weight Tbh. Absolutely ripped of course but his face looked gaunt at the weigh in and him immediately downing a pint of water had alarms bells ringing for me.

Bottle of Irn Bru followed by 2 litres of water before Khan had got on the scales worried me. I hope Brook isn’t too hyped for it. Khan seems more relaxed. He’s definitely more media savvy. The worry for Khan is nearly 3 years out the ring and not staying particularly fit. Brook has kept training throughout, punches harder and we all know about khans pompadom chin 🤣
No idea how it’ll go, which makes it all the more interesting.

Looking forward to this although it should have happened years ago when both these guys were at their peak, too hard to call, I would prefer Khan to win but not sure if he has the speed anymore, I guess we will find out later.

Her corner was throwing in the towel.
I was wondering if it was something like that, her corner need to have a bit more faith in their fighter. What’s the point in taking the fight if they’re going to throw the towel in so quickly, it’s not like she was taking a beating.

Easy for me to come in and say now after reading the comments from the last few days but I don’t understand the comments about Brook. I thought he looked tremendous at the weigh in and came across as hungry. His only weakness was how much he seemed to want the win.
As for Khan post fight he was clever enough to dodge saying Brook was better.
I just dislike him eh and find him very arrogant so was delighted for Kell tonight.

Read somewhere that his old man retired at 32. JR is still a few fights away from a world title fight. Can’t believe he’s Sky’s poster boy when they have a proper PFP champ in their books.

Taylor’s promotion really should be answering some tough questions - he’s not on Box Office next week - just free to air Sky (showcase). Mental for an undisputed and undefeated champion.

McGuigan’s decision to go down the WBSS route was an inspired decision that ultimately gave Josh the opportunity to become undisputed but had he gone with Steady Eddie and Sky a few years ago, he’d be a bigger household name and have a bigger bank balance…..but less belts. I just hope he can cash in now with some mega fights.

Being Scottish rather than English means he doesn't get the same word of mouth following down south, he's still relatively unknown.
That is also due to sky not featuring him. He was on a rival tv channel so they had no intention of building him up to generate views on other channels.

There’s also the fact that he’s a complete bellend with all his anti vax nonsense. I think he’s an unbelievable boxer, one of the best Scottish fighters ever, but I’m not sure if I’ll even watch it. While he’s winning fights and titles he’ll get away with it, but as soon as he starts losing he’ll be dropped like a stone.

So even in his fights we'll before the pandemic, when he unites the belts, you didn't watch? That doesn't really make much sense.

Of course the titles and legacy are more important. It doesn’t mean recognition isn’t important at all though as that all builds towards legacy. Josh has shown the choices he has made that legacy is his ultimate end goal. He could have went with Matchroom and been a huge name with a huge bank balance. Instead he went with Top rank so he could get his Ramirez fight and at the time the Crawford fight.

It’s a good attitude and has served him well. I just took from the interview that although he says that he regrets it a bit due to the kicking recognition he gets.
