Arbroath - another low key engagement/build up

We’ve a Scottish Cup away trip on Sunday, an attractive but tricky fixture but one to look forward to.

The build up to this has been very low key though from the club has it not? Don’t recall any ticketing information and they suddenly appeared on sale one afternoon with little fanfare, much in the same vane as the Ibrox tickets. You’d think Hibs would want as many fans there as possible to support the team but can’t say I’ve really seen much encouragement or whipping up a bit of interest to do so.

I may have missed it of course, but really haven’t seen much in the way of promotion and information for this game, or indeed a lot of other away matches recently.

Something got posted today. I’d imagine they were waiting to get the rangers game out the way first

Not something I could ever knock the club for.

They have fixtures every week that they have to try and sell tickets for, if you start advertising stuff too far in advance it could all get lost amongst the fixtures.

Doing it after the rangers game makes sense imo.

Plus, every Hibs fan will know when and where we’re playing Arbroath and I imagine how to go about getting a ticket.

Only one of the crap outlets i use, maybe twatters or insta users can fill you in... was more of an example that club are now advertising....
