I sat in the rain and wind watching that game. But overall I think things are good. Here is why.

1. We have appointed a manager who has worked under the best, knows the modern game and has been exposed to other coaching ideas at the Johan Cruyff coaching academy. He needs time to learn.
2. In Gary Caldwell, we have an experienced manager who left the Manchester City academy to assist Maloney.
3. In Sir David Gray we have a coach with a clear understanding of the players and is respected by all.
4. We have a large development squad who will provide Hibs with a conveyer belt of talent. (https://www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/sport/football/hibs/hibs-beef-up-development-squad-with-double-signing-and-more-to-come-3548628)
5. We have players regularly coming through from the development squad into the team. (https://www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/sport/football/hibs/hibs-development-team-plans-and-lessons-learned-from-kevin-dabrowskis-debut-3555041)
6. We have a chief executive, Ben Kensell, from an English premier league club who has a wide experience (https://www.hibernianfc.co.uk/article/hibernian-fc-announces-ambitious-chief-executive-appointment)
7. We have 4 large screens in the first step in enhancing the matchday experience (https://www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/sport/football/hibs/ben-kensell-on-what-big-screens-will-do-for-hibs-as-he-vows-to-get-basics-right-3388020)
8 We have Kieran Power as the supporter's liaison (https://www.linkedin.com/in/kieran-power-1aa3a8194/)
9. We are working in the community with the community foundation and HanlonStevenson foundation the latter supported by Frank Sauzee. Also, I like this "No salaries or fees will be paid to any of the Trustees and all Trustees have agreed to pay their own expenses."£ ( https://www.hiberniancommunityfoundation.org.uk/ and https://hanlonstevensonfoundation.co.uk/)
10. Beuzelin is back (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NfURqlqvpeI)
11. There is improved communication with fans the Fan survey HQ magazine ( https://www.hibernianfc.co.uk/article/brand-new-hq-magazine-launched)
12. We have signed many players on long term contracts (https://www.hibernianfc.co.uk/article/josh-doig-signs-long-term-deal)

I am not going to mention what needs to improve but all the elements above show a grand plan to make Hibs a greater club so overall I am happy and will be patient.

You'd have a lot more than 12 points to type out :greengrin nice thread though, like the positivity. Didn't realise Boozy was back so that's cheered up my Monday.

Listening to Steve Kean on the Academy & Development set-up its clear this is a huge focus and there is a lot of investment going into it outside just the signing of players for the development squad. I know I wasn't aware of this investment on the development side of things.

Boozy's back?! Listen, I'm ecstatic to hear that a Hibs legend has returned to the club, but I just don't see how he fits into the new formation

C'mon now, we will have none of this gushing positivity on Hibs.net, it is just not the way we do it here :greengrin
Good post, there are a lot of good things going on just now, I hope most fans will see this.
