I want to order 3 tickets (me and 2 kids). I don’t want to collect them from the ticket office and I can’t print them. Can they all be downloaded to 1 phone? If so can anyone tell me how that works at the turnstile?

If you have an apple phone you can add them to your apple wallet, from the email
You can then either pass the phone one at a time, or depending on the age of the kids, you can WhatsApp the tickets to their phone

If the tickets are for the East Stand look for the stewards who stand at the First Exit door. They will have hand held scanners that can scan your ticket(s) to let you in. They have to be there to allow disabled access for people who cannot use the turnstiles or for people who's tickets get declined for what ever reason. You should not have an issue getting in the stadium with an eticket. You could contact the ticket office to check this advice. This contingency is there though. Good luck hope you enjoy the game
