View Full Version : Real Madrid Tickets
Looking to take my son to last game of the season 22nd May for Real Madrid home game.
Anyone had experience of buying tickets in advance? They are not technically on sale yet but some sights are selling them at a price in different categories.
I don’t want to book the flights and hotel if we have no chance of getting two tickets. They will have won’t the league by then (I guess) but it might be the game they parade the trophy so might be full.
Any advice welcome, cheers.

I haven't bought them for about 13 years, so pinch of salt with your advice.
But I just rocked up the day before the game and bought a ticket. That being said they were playing getafe. (And they ******g lost 1-0!)
Would highly recommend the stadium tour if you go.
Also, don't worry about taking a jacket. If you end up in the gods they have heaters in the stadium!

You'll always get a ticket aslong as it's not Barcelona or Atletico.
The only thing that might scupper it as you say if they are being presented the trophy. Even then, I don't think you'd have an issue.
Real are surprisingly poorly supported for a lot of home games when you consider they are the biggest club in the world. A good percentage of fans at their games are tourists.
Thanks guys. Good advice. Will go ahead and book the trip and look out for tickets nearer the timeZ going on Saturday morning fir the Sunday game to cover any KO switch to Saturday.
I went to the Bernabeu in 2015 for Real Madrid vs Deportivo with my dad and brother. Was brilliant - Madrid is great
Madrid won 2-0 - Isco and Benzama scored
We just went on the day off the game and bought tickets at the stadium. I think Real sell season ticket holders seats who cant make it/are not going and the tickets were not cheap but its a suberb experience even though it was a 'run of the mill' league game.
You might struggle getting a ticket with it being the last game of the season and possibly lifting the league trophy though...........
Another recommendation is we went to Rayo Vallecano vs Villareal the day after the Real Madrid game who also play in Madrid. Easy to get to on the tube/train system and a much more 'authentic' experience of Spanish football. Ending up in a boozer outside the ground which was like the Spanish Loch Inn :greengrin till late on. Rayo fans were great. We bought tickets again at the ground the day before but I reckon you could just pick them up the day off the game. They are at home to Levante the weekend off May 22nd. Obviously TV will probably decide times/dates nearer the time.

Thanks great advice. That’s my worry that it becomes a popular game if trophy presented. If not it could go the other way and be a end of season pointless game with youngsters playing 👀 Bit it’s the experience I want for my son and I and we plan to do the stadium tour the say before if we can.

Tickets get more plentiful online a few days before the game as socios release their seats. When I went it was 0-0 v Malaga. Like Hibs at Ibrox, complete with dodgy sending off, so I was firmly rooting for Malaga. :greengrin
Anyway, the lack of goals was made up for by some vintage Ronaldo tantrums.
