Seems to be a lot more of these incidents, think it was at fulham today a fan passed away.
Is it just more reporting or something more....
Glad whoever it was in FF is ok...

Glad to hear the person appears to be fine.
Was surprised at how unprepared the club/stewards appeared to be though. May have picked up the series of events wrong but did the stewards/fans shout down from the FF upper to the stewards in the FF lower who then had to run to get help? Surely we should be equipping our stewards with radios or at least have 1 or 2 in each tier with a radio so first aid can be called instantly?
Edit - not having a go at the stewards btw, seemed like a resourcing issue?

Response seemed hopelessly slow, with mainly blank looks from those below who didnt seem to grasp what was going on. Typical of these type of situations in my experience when there is a lack of the leadership & decisive action that should be expected.

I saw people shouting from the top tier to the lower tier so it sounds like that's what happened.

It happened just a few feet away from me and I was out for a pint with the supporter who was first on the scene.
The stewards didn't seem able to administer first aid (perhaps they leave that to the ambulance staff) or be able to communicate with the ambulance staff that their presence is required leaving it up to supporters to try and raise the alarm.
Luckily the supporter was conscious and sitting up but at the very least there needs to be better co-ordination in place should this happen again.

I was in the FF upper yesterday and didnt know about incident till we were leaving and went past . I did notice that during the game the usual stewards who stand at the front and walk up and down the steps were not there yesterday , this may have been reason for slow response. Possible shortage of stewards . Hope the guy is ok , he was sitting up looking slightly groggy as we left.

I'm not sure you can really link a Fulham fan having a heart attack and a hibs fan falling.

Why not ? A fall could be a result of having a heart attack.
Many moons ago, in the old Main Stand,a pal o ma dad fell doon the stairs on his way to the lavvy.
Some thought "Here we go,another drunk"..No.. his heart went.
The club doctor was in the directors box and came to his aid.
He recovered.
