Many will no doubt be saying "I'm Sorry Haven't a Clue" who the guy is ... great comedian, loved listening to him on the radio ...

A Radio 4 wit latterly but in his time a great comedy writer. He was the sort you'd like to have had a drink with. Very droll.

The tributes pouring in from comedy writers of all ages says it all. A very accomplished writer for many of the comedy greats of decades gone by. And such a stalwart of the peerless ISIHAC.
