St Johnstone (or was it Dundee Utd actually?) had the same issue with a Scandinavian signing recently I’m sure.

Dundee Utd boy got his last week having waited a week.

He probably wouldn't have played anyway but is it easier to get them for Japanese players (celtic) than Scandinavian now we aren't in the EU? Could this be a further issue towards the end of the window/going into the derby? :confused:
