Post any old photos of Hibs; images of fans, players, matches, etc.
Include some relevant information about the photo, if you can.
Hibernian’s Lawrie Reilly striking/scoring at Easter Road.
Going by Fitbastats.com, this could be from 28 April 1951; Hibernian beat Rangers 4-1 in front of a crowd of >40000. Hibs went on to win the league by ten points.

There’s a great colourised version of that
An easy way to colour photos is to use the free version of https://www.cutout.pro/

Unfortunately Hearts came back to win this one before a record breaking crowd at ER of over 68,000 but it's still a favourite photo.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20220105/4ef3590a3056d0380202a23383a4acb2.jpg

The photos from the game are in the two posts prior to yours. Top tier well and truly in place.

I was in Benidorm with my hun mate and missed this game. We didn’t know the score and on the Monday went to get the Sunday paper to get the result. Two things stick with me
1) the look on his face when he found out the score
2) the headline although I forget which paper it was. ‘Sourness’

Can anyone provide more information about the origin of our kit? We appear to have used the same style as Hearts.
Were we the first team in green & white?
