The club's owner Ron Gordon told BBC Scotland before kick-off the club is "at a crossroads" and that "this chapter closes" with the final, which will cause a few raised eyebrows.

If there is a positive to take from that then it sounds like we are about to see some strong investment and major upgrade in the playing staff with an expectation to raise the bar significantly.
On the other hand, if he’s seen enough and being negative then the future is grim🙄
Time will tell but with a new manager incoming I think it’s the former option

You would assume he meant A New Manager will be coming in and added to the other changes behind the scenes things will progress for the better and we win our next Cup Final

Not sure why people think this sounds cryptic or sinister. Ron came in and supported the existing team in place, now he gets to do things his way.
He meant disposing of the DoF Head Coach model. He’s recruited a Manager and Assistant Manager
