I've had a look at it a few times, and for me Kyogo was definitely offside for the first Cellic goal, and also for me another poor decision by the officials. Maybe others have another view, but at the time the ball was crossed he definitely looked offside.

Kyogo is more offside than not seems everyone knows but he gets away with it.

I thought he was Definatley onside to be fair

Both goals on side imo, just our defenders sleeping both times. We never learn.

Have to say that this time round I'm more disappointed in how weak both goals were to concede instead of calling for offside.

Both calls were very tight but for me they should have been easily dealt with, then we wouldn't even need to worry about whether it was just on or just off.

Definitely on from that link.

That's my first view of the goal except at the ground and Macey should have done better.

That's my first view of the goal except at the ground and Macey should have done better. That doesn't look like it is frozen at the point the pass was played. If Porteous doesn't make a bizarre decision to make a lung busting run to play him onside it would have been a very routine offside. For all I like Ryan's spirit and drive he still makes some really basic errors. Both goals today he was very poor and he lost his man 3 or 4 times at set pieces not to mention his distribution. He needs to try less as he constantly wants to get involved so ends up ball watching. If he learns to tone it down a notch he could end up a very good centre half as he has all the attributes needed.

Looks onside. A good comparison would be Nisbet's opener against St Johnstone a few weeks ago. Hang on......

Macey should definitely done better - but that angle is still not in line - and if it was I think he's be clearly off.

Looks on when the ball is played or even, advantage should always go to the attacker

Thought he was off at the time but after match analysis shows he was actually well onside sadly.

A mile onside

Not a mile. Without an in line view you can't say.

The bigger question is why was Scott Allan not even ready to come on? Trying to bring him on while hes still wearing a bib and sitting in the stand basically cost us a goal.

I thought it at the time but seeing that replay back just confirms it, Porteous is undoubtedly at fault for that goal.

His positioning was poor, he made a decision to move right and close down god knows who just as the ball was being played which left Kyogo free behind him. He then misjudged the flight of the ball (which he seems to have a habit of doing) and he can't then recover his position from what was a standard through ball. Hanlon tries to get over to that side to cover for Porteous' mistake but Kyogo got the shot off too quickly.

For me if we continue to play Hanlon and Porteous as a 2 we'll continue to concede a lot of goals. I think they are both much more suited to playing in a back 3 with a big dominant centre half in the middle of them. Hopefully we'll get one of those in January.

Kyogo spent the whole 90 mins in between the two centre haves. One of them has to take responsibility. Every time. Not just occasionally but every time. We all know how dangerous he is but he had the run on them all game.
onside there but thought he wasn’t at the second. Whilst I’m on about the second. What was Murphy doing at the free kick. Schoolboy stuff. One job. Stand on it and stop it being taken. Simple. The more I see it the more scunnered I am.
as an aside if we can get money for Porteous in January we should grab it with both hands. I’ll add Nisbet into that too. Spent half his time on his arse.
