Ross never set Hibs up like gray did today. That's totally untrue. Look at how he set us up vs a similar standard in Rangers. Even previous vs Celtic we were never ever so defensive.

Honestly don't get the unlucky posts? We played about 20-25mins of football in a 90min game. Fair enough the officials were absoloutly shocking but we didn't help ourselves again,but the Glaring fact is if Boyle is marked out the game we are clueless and offer next to nothing in a threat. We learned from the last game against them and severly limited Celtic from open play.

We saw the pace they had on the counter attack in the second half when the game opened up, and we really relied on some last gasp defending. If we tried that from the first minute with a fresh Rogic and Turnbull on the pitch, we'd get an absolute skelping. The tactics were spot on.

Well we didn't take a look at celtc until we were 3 down recently so I suppose being level at HT was a huge bonus today

The ref was awful but a half decent team wouldve beaten Celtic today. Praising our performance is completely deluded tbh.

There was an obvious plan first half to stay in the game and not get caught on the break. It was brutal to watch but it was effective defensively. When we had the ball we were completely incompetent, woeful passing and total panic in possession.

Second half we gradually got into it, Hanlon shows great determination to score the header. Then unfortunately he throws in two suspect bits of defending when he played so well up til then. Despite not playing well unril about 65 mins going forward we still could have drawn the game, Kyogo the class player on show is head and shoulders above the mediocrity on the park today and was the difference. We're a very frustrating team to watch..too many players anonymous every week..pedestrian unless Boyle is on song and always liable to clutch calamity from a winning position with self inflicted defensive lapses.

I just don't see a good squad there as some others do. It's bang average with the better players likely to leave.

It’s a team full of quiet, unassuming, shy individuals who cower into their shell in finals - Porteous is the only one who looks like he’s up for the battle in big games yet he’s prone to allowing the opposing team to get to him - they’ll change with experience.

I’d love to be a quick attacker against McGinn, Hanlon and Stevenson- you’ll always score when those three are in a defensive four.

There’s absolutely nothing about this squad to like just now. Nothing to make me fall back in love with them. Losers to be objective and subjective at the same time !

Allan is absolutely miles off it.
Scott is really struggling now whether it be his health issues or lack of playing time or fitness. He’s been a wonderful player at times for us but unfortunately I can’t see him getting back to those days again. Out on loan last season and nearly sold last day of the window says everything.

Very defensive in the first half and put in a lot of effort in stopping them, which we did well. Looked really uncomfortable in possession though but a lot of that was down to Celtics press, which is easier when you have most of the ball.
More confident second half and two bits of sloppiness really cost us. I don't want to blame anyone in particular because overall I thought we defended brilliantly.
Celtic can pass any team in Scotland off the park so going for it from the start is unrealistic, as we'd just get picked off.
I'm not too disheartened because with one or two new faces and a good manager, we'll be back again more often than not.
I'm not going to blame Beaton either. It's not deliberate, it's a subconscious bias that probably effects every referee in this country. Definitely time for outsiders to come in and take charge.

Gray is a hero and a legend, but he got that starting formation wrong and how Murphy saw the 60th minute, never mind the 80th is beyond me.
