In 2014, Hibs launched ‘The Hibernian Way’ project and carried out a restructure.
Petrie brought in a CEO (Leeann) who recruited a Director of Football (George) who brought in a Recruitment guy (Graeme) who brought in a Head Coach (Alan).
George and Graeme managed the contracts, sourcing, signing and set the template for style of play. The Head Coach trained the squad, set the tactics and picked the team.
Now that Mathie is away, are we moving back to the Hughes, Mixu, Fenlon, Calderwood, Butcher model where we appoint a manager who gets to turn over the squad as he sees fit?
