Manager not getting a reaction from the squad at all , defence needs a complete overhaul , midfield too pedestrian and not creative and toothless attack , not looking good at all , we need in my opinion a total change in direction , we are turning into a too easy and predictable team to beat , what should we do to change it around and how do we do it ?
