Livi tickets not arrived

Bought on Saturday and not arrived in today post. Unable to go to ticket office and the number only going to voicemail. Anyone been in this position before or got any ideas? Can see tickets on sale tonight so would buy there is guaranteed a refund for ones that didn’t arrive but is that likely?

I see Hibs are recommending to buy online and the link in the tweet takes you to Livi's Website so it looks like you can get an e-ticket, same as St Johnstone’s were.

Edit: I see someone has replied to Hibs' tweet saying the link only gives them an option for tickets in the home end.

They should still come today (last post for Livingston tickets went out on Monday). Great offer from Daniel to help. If they don’t arrive I expect a resolution point at Livingston itself.

Advice to all is to give a fair bit of time to gain access tonight - access has been notoriously slow at these games back in 2019.

Any non-refunded tickets for the original fixture are still valid.

The reason I ask is that it doesn't accept my E-Mail and Password, but that's the same credentials I used to use for buying Hibs tickets through eticketing, before Hibs re-organised their website.

What stand are the away support in? Have logged on to Livingston ticket page but it’s not clear where the away support is sitting.

True enough :greengrin the game after we beat Hearts at tynie was horrific. 45 mins to get ticket at turnstile to then queue again to get in.

Would recommend anyone using an e-ticket on their phone that they download the ticket pdf or take a screen shot of it now rather than having to rely on getting a signal and trying to open it from the email when at the stadium.
