Looking to collect my ticket for the final, what's the opening hours for the ticket office? Is it open weekends?

Premier Sports Cup Final Ticket fulfilment will be posted and/or ready to collect from Wednesday 8th December. All tickets must be collected by Friday 17th December at 4pm

Ticket Office staff have been working over hours the last week getting the 20k tickets fulfilled per customer and into envelopes. Posting out and collections started yesterday.

I was in the office on Monday myself giving a hand supporting fulfilments, thousands to get through, but certainly no missing tickets at that point.

Thanks please do, I didn't go for uplift myself, it was my 75 year old mother who queued in the bitter cold yesterday to pick them up. One of the three missing, apparently was same for several others in queue. Told we'll be contacted when the 3rd ticket becomes available, have mailed the ticket office myself but no response as yet.

Seems to be the way the club is being run at present.

They only contact us when they want ££££ from us...

Bit of advice for anyone collecting. It took about half an hour to get through a queue of about 10 this afternoon and it was all through the door, 2 at a time no windows open at the back. I wouldn’t set my stall out on picking up at the Dundee game if you can get in any other time.
