Just want to thank those who put together a very enjoyable afternoon at the Dalmahoy Hotel with Alan Stubbs. After a very nice 3 course meal the ex Rangers player Gordon Smith interviewed Alan about his life in football on and off the field.
Alan then took questions from the floor and it was refreshing to hear him talk so freely about individual players he was asked about. Next came an auction with proceeds going to young Jackie McNamaras charity. this and the raffle raised a considerable amount for the charity.
In all it was a very entertaining afternoon in good company.
