Seeing as my last 'Looking Forward To Saturday' worked out so well (2-1 v St J), I thought I'd post another one.
:greengrin
This is the first Saturday home game we've had in....... actually it's been so long, I can't even remember.
It's decent weather, we're playing Motherwell, who we beat 3-2 earlier in the season in a quite exciting match,
....oh and it''s a Hibs Kids day, so there might actually be more than fifty other people beside me in the FF Lower

Looking forward to it today. Difficult to know what result to expect, we will need to play well to win. I'd love to see us come flying out the traps considering our need for a result and the fact Dundee put 3 past them last week.
Hopefully this is the start of a consistent return to form with a kinder run of games than we've maybe had recently.

Motherwell are a good side and we’ll need to play well to win.
All of our victories in the league have been against teams around the bottom of the league so we need to be better than we have been.
Fingers crossed

Feels like ages since we last won at home, although it's only been three matches without a win it now spans more than two months.
Today's a huge game for us with Motherwell one of the three teams above us that we have a realistic chance of catching. If we win today we go three points behind them with two games in hand.
We really need to be winning today.

Motherwell are in fifth and we beat them 3-2.
I totally agree we need to get a decent run of results going but I'm actually strangely confident about today.
We've also played two games less than them an United, so winning today would put us in a great place to start climbing up the league.

Feels like a huge game today.
Two wins out of four, considering we’re played Rangers twice and were away twice (three if you include Hampden as away rather than neutral) isn’t bad but take that form back a bit and we’re looking at one League win in amongst seven defeats.
There’s really not much margin for error if we’re going to at least keep pace with the teams above us, and the manager needs to show that he’s got a top 4 side again.

Daft question but is it PPV on Hibs TV?

Watched the Motherwell v Dundee Utd game and was pretty entertaining.
Both will make top 6 I feel - if we are serious about top 3 or 4 we need to win today. If we are serious about top 6 we need a win.
Tony Watt has been good for well and they will be up for it considering the 3-2 game earlier in season.
Feels like first goal will be really important.
Glad to have a 3pm home kick off - feels like ages since we did.

It will be available for season ticket holders to watch for no extra cost here - https://hibstv.hibernianfc.co.uk/
It will be available for non-season ticket holders to watch for £15 here - https://ppv.hibernianfc.co.uk/

You aren't wrong, it has certainly been a while since the last home win - 26th September.

Yeah - we’ve lost 3 matches at home since then to Rangers, Celtic and Dundee United.

Gave away 1300 tickets to NHS workers, that might boost it a bit.

The rain is turning to snow. Miserable day.

Me too and it is heavy sleet where I am.
My first home game of the season having travelled 85 miles so was hoping for better weather than this. As along as we get 3 points I will still drive home with a smile on my face.

Will be a very low turnout on a day like this, when ST holders can watch at home. Will look forward to the "Something needs done about the empty seats in FF Lower" posts tonight 👍🏻

I've already written my complaint about the FF Lower and ready to post it.
Mine revolves around my two nephews who have other plans.
