Asked the guy what something was amongst the pies & his reply was “ probably a vegetarian pie” so I opted for a chicken curry instead .gets to my seat & he’s gave me a steak pie instead .not the first time they’ve gave me the wrong food either :brickwall

I'd be raging if I got the vegetarian one.

More concerning if a vegetarian got a meat one!

Just be thankful you got some meat in the pie.

Has there been any improvement since the start of the season in the quality and service at the kiosks?

Was going to pick up a pie and bovril before the game and at half time but there’s no danger I was being served in time and would’ve missed both kick offs.

I’ve never understood why they don’t work a stations system I.e. one person on drinks, another on the till and so on. Would churn out orders that way.

Food still ****, always someone being trained and massive queues. Contactless is a bonus though

That's extremely poor and a serious health and safety hazard

Wouldn't class it as a severe H&S hazard.

Pie Russian Roulette?

I think I like it.

Ron’s certainly having a good go at making the half time experience more interesting.

I didnt get to where I am today by having inconclusive conversations about pastry based products when I thought I was at a football match supporting Hibs.

My vegetarian niece was given a meat burger after asking for a veggie burger.

What's the difference?

I don't eat vegetarian food through choice either.

Being given food that's completely different from what you ordered could be, allergies exist

Any time I've bothered this season in the West South Upper there's always been at least one issue that holds things up and angers folk. One of the hot drinks taps not working but they wouldn't use the other one; only using half the kiosk space with none of the free staff attending the other side; receipt paper runs out and it takes ages for someone to pick the seal off the new roll...

They're all fine in isolation, but when there's always something it doesn't half look amateurish. Can't fathom why it's such a complicated act to serve people quickly, it's like there isn't even the recognition that a 30 minute spell over half time might mean a spike in demand and extra effort is needed.

Noticed people from FF Upper had to go to the lower tier to get food/drink at the weekend.

Is that a one off or are they still having problems recruiting?

Couldn’t be bothered going all the way back ,just ate it .
What I don’t get is all the cardboard that the items are in are all with a green & white design . Why not have the different food in different coloured packaging

It's been a bit hit or miss in the FF upper this year, open some weeks, closed others.

I fancied something warm at HT on Saturday but wasn't trailing all the way downstairs to stand in a queue and miss 10 minutes of the game for it.

Went to Greggs before the game on Sat and took stuff in to the ground. That's the future I'm afraid for me given the experiences I've had this season at the kiosk.
