I agree, I really enjoyed listening to it.

A lot of people judging him based on the job he did as manager of Blackburn. That’s not what he’s here to do though and I think his experiences and ideas are quite exciting for the club.

Steve Kean comes across well and he's obviously hugely experienced and competent...for a prick.

Liked that podcast and he came across really well, lots of details about his role and how it fits in with the club moving forward. He seems to have an excellent relationship with Jack Ross. Looks like there will be games over the border for the development team. This could be a good way of identifying players who could do a job for us on loan.

Great interview to listen to. Seems like we have identified the blockage between the youth teams and first team and have taken steps to address this, with Steve being the key appointment. Hope it works out well for him as that will only make us more successful 💚💚
