They’re easy to like. My mate is from Créteil, the Paris suburb who are Red Stars big rivals, so I’d have trouble wearing their gear out and about :greengrin

Great read, love hearing about clubs founded on good values, just like ours.

Red Star are a great story and the article is very interesting. Been meaning to visit Paris and take in one of their games for years now.
Wouldn’t a pre season match there be great😁

They sound great.
I have some cognitive dissonance with a team called Red Star playing in green and white but it’s all good!

Difficult one. It's brilliant that they are encouraging the kids to take a wider view. In theory that's what every club should be doing given the attrition rate of young players.
However, if you effectively say out loud to kids "chances are you won't make it" it knackers a striving culture that can help squeeze that bit extra out of young players.
The article to me shows the two extremes. On one side the shameless destruction of our game that the likes of PSG bring (brand manager lecturing at Harvard????) on the other the well-intentioned but unambitious Red Star. Poor FC Paris must wonder what they have to do to get attention from normal football fans!
