has anyone bought tickets? i did it last week but haven't got an email back yet from them, just wondered if this was the norm or I've fat fingered my email address and need to contact them.

I got the eticket back shortly after buying the tickets. Check your junk mail and then give them a shout. I always screenshot purchase pages to be on the safe side too

I got my email within minutes of buying them. Check your junk folder they often fall into there for me
