Apologies if this has already been covered, or if I'm missing something here. I can't make the game against Celtic tomorrow because of work commitments, and I wouldn't be able to get to the game on time as I live in the west. I noticed the game is on Hibs TV but it costs £15? I'm sure the last game I wasn't able to attend, the game coverage was free to ST holders (which I am). Is there some reason that they're charging for this one, or was there some reason the last one was free?

It’s still free for ST holders, I can see the event when I login with the countdown until it’s available.

Wonder if anyone can help. I tested the Hibs TV sign in on my mobile phone this morning and it worked, but was planning to watch it on my tv downstairs so tried it on that and it said invalid credentials (I had signed out on my phone at this point). I then tried on my laptop and it said the exact same 'Invalid credentials' then when I tried on my phone again it worked first time.

Would seem bizarrely you can only sign in on one device and once you've signed in, even if you sign back out, you can't sign in anywhere else, at least this is the case for me.

Will try again closer to kick off but really not ideal as I don't want to watch it on my phone, anyone else had this issue?

I then tried using the account with my email address which I use for Tickets and I think I have used that account to login to Hibs TV but this does not allow me to view events or access audio only. I still think this is something to do with accounts any advice would be appreciated relating to this. I think we might be going back in to lockdown somewhere down the line need to sort this out.

Yeah I think its an account issue for you I have another account with the same username as here managed to login forgot about this account

Yeah the logins with your ticket reference number were only valid for last season. When I renewed my ST I got an email from hibs telling me to link my ticketing account to my hibs tv account, to allow season ticket holders to be able to stream home games, it’s a username and password of your choosing. I tried mine a couple hours after posting and thankfully it is working now but you should be cautious that you only sign in on the device you intend to watch the game on and not test the login details on your phone etc.

Can’t remember exactly what I did now, check your emails to see if you got sent anything asking you to link your accounts, or you could login on the hibs website and then click on tickets and see if you can link it from there.

It's a wee bit confusing as the PPV link is at the top of the page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and the link to the game is in the Events section.

Just been down to my old man's and signed him in using bs-44-12345 method. Should I expect a phone call about 7.15 this evening from him saying it isn't working?
