I can remember this trial from 2005. Louise disappeared from Dean Village after a row with her son
Louise’s son, Sean Flynn was accused of murdering, but the not proven verdict was given. Her remains were found in East Lothian in 2017

New evidence must have come up, and her son, Sean was due in court today to stand trial, but he’s done a runner, and seemingly is in Germany?

You’d have thought that someone who was being accused of a murder would have their passport taken off them?

If he's a German citizen he's also unlikely to be coming back at all as Germany doesn't extradite its citizens to non-EU countries.

He was last known to be working in Berlin, but realistically could be anywhere now.

Really shattering news for the family who have waited so long to get justice.
