View Full Version : Figuring out how to get the tickets I bought...

I've just bought three tickets for the game tomorrow, but I can't for the life of me figure out whether I've to pick them up, or if they are being posted (hope not!) or if I've to collect them...I was hoping to get print at home tickets, but I couldn't see where to select this as an option, so I went through with the transaction.

I really hope I can get these as e-tickets, if they've gone through as collection tickets, is there any way I can sort this out?

You should receive an email with the etickets a few minutes after paying for them.

I'm guessing I've inadvertently opted to collect them, which is a bit of a nightmare as I'm going with my elderly father - I've emailed the ticket office to ask if I could be sent etickets instead. It would be really great if etickets were just sent to you by email as a default IMO.

I think you’d be able to work it out by the total you’ve paid. Collection has a £1.50 admin fee and e-tickets are free. If you go on account history and purchases it might tell you there.

It'll tell you in the email as well as your account history .

I phoned and upgraded a student to an adult today and never received email with e ticket.

They were very helpful to be fair and managed to resent it had gone to original season ticket holder rather than upgraders email.

Sorted, go to ticket off tomorrow.
Woman on phone advised only the e ticket or paper copy would work whatever one I went for. But all should be e ticket these days.

There is usually a resend email option if you buy tickets for print at home. Go into your order history on the eticket site and as the other poster said have a look and see if any admin was charged.

There should 2 mails. One confirming sale from HFC and another from noreply@ticketmaster with tix. The option to download the tix on my phone is to right of tix details but is not obvious.

The barcode scanner on the ticket looks pretty small do you have to adjust them to make them bigger?

I can't remember 😁

Is it compulsory to show proof of vaccination to get in today?

No. There's a trial run of checking but you won't be refused entry if you don't have proof of vaccination.
