Was meant to be heading down to see my mate at aberdeen uni and made a hash brown of it so any tickets are very much appreciated

Try the Priory Hotel in Beauly, you would need to be taking the car as it's about a 15 minute drive from Ross County's stadium but it's a lovely wee village and a nice hotel which I've stayed in several times over the years.

The Garfield B&B on Station Road, less than a 10 minute walk to the ground.

Stayed there a couple of years ago and it was a very good stay. The place is spotless and came with an excellent breakfast. You can check out their excellent reviews from Tripadvisor if you need more convincing.

Celtic got 1600 tickets. Think the away section used to be 2000. Then they took 2 rows of seats away from directly behind the wheelchair section and the segregation banners up next to the fence are also in the away section reducing the allocation even further.
