Was it just me.....but did their "singing section" fans looked like muppets.

Bouncing about and the racket they made.

Had to turn the volume down.

Maybe its just me being old?

Definitely just getting old
I'm all for them enjoying themselves and playing tunes, was probably the only thing that was keeping some sort of atmosphere at the game otherwise it'd have been an even worse 90 mins.
Any supporters who are there providing vocal, visual and musical support to their nation (particularly one who suffers a lot of defeats) deserve applauding

Had no idea what tunes they were playing or what they were singing but I actually thought it made for a decent atmosphere. Not sure how many were there but certainly better than listening to sweetie wrappers rustling.

One definitely sounded like the Tetris tune, which is still stuck in my head this morning.

Fair play to them, there for a good time and back their team.

I thought they were fantastic. Loads of people singing and dancing and having a great time. Thought it added a lot to a match that didn’t have a lot from a Scottish perspective. A friend of mine was in there somewhere and he sent me a video and Rivers of Babylon was defo playing.

They looked a bit Monty Python-esque to me....like a bunch of the knights from Holy Grail jumping up and down on their imaginary horses...

I was not paying attention to their fans I was too busy trying to work out our tactics and how we were going to break them down but thinking back some of their tunes sounded entertaining but auld fashioned but fair play

Anyway back in 2002 me and my laddie were in a bar in Portugal watching Scotland getting pumped 0-2 with our Scotland tops on in a bar full of Faroese

They were laughing at us and asked if we would like some crisps to go with our drinks The crisps had a weird smell it turned out they were dried fish

In the end we had the last laugh as Bertie’s Boys managed to escape with a 2-2 draw

Speaking of fans fair play to the Tartan Army who had a whip round and donated 3k to a local charity as well as scudding the Faroese Fans 6-1 pre match before going to the local hostelries

They were great. Made it feel like a much bigger tie than Faroes vs Scotland. Really enjoyed it.

I thought they were great too, to be honest. I love it when a fan base can keep a song going for a long time.

i thought that they were having a whale of a time.
Would lovedto have been there

With a population that would all get a seat at Hampden, they are rightly proud of their football team, and how well the have competed over the years against bigger fish.

Nearly put us in our plaice, as Gordon had to leap like a salmon to keep a net bound shot out.

Totally agree. Rather see that than out Tartan Army booing the Israeli, Faroese, Danish etc., national anthem. The Tartan Army is justifiably lauded for the great support across generations. But booing, what’s that all about?
Get behind our own side guys. That’s what “support” involves.

That’s what “support” involves.I actually forgot about the booing, as I was half-cut, but the folk round me all started applauding when that happened, so was possibly a minority. The only other anthem I've ever heard booed is England (and Liechtenstein, as it's the same tune).

I lost interest in the result, ended up rocking backwards and forwards praying they'd stop playing Black eyed peas on repeat. awful

I ****ing knew it! Thought I was going mad because I've not seen anyone else mention it, only the Tetris theme. Took me ages to remember what that tune was as well, so much so that I was zoned out for about 15 minutes of the 2nd half.

Israeli anthem needs booed every time.

They contributed big time to the atmosphere in a small ground on the edge o the world someplace in the middle of the Atlantic, they were great. Just shows what a group behind the goals could do standing up at Easter Rd, like going back in time.
I also thought that the big Centre Half for them looked useful and perhaps worth a punt for the Hibs with an eye on the future.

Nah. Sporting occasion we should respect our opponents then beat them senseless on the pitch
