Surely offside , referee is a disgrace , no point in playing there cheating gits

He Was, hence them not showing it from the angle.

We will just get the angle that is inconclusive

The fact that they didn’t show the angle that would prove it one way or another makes me think it was off, but it’s impossible to tell. It’s possible that Daz is playing him on.

Personally thought it looked off but would be good to get an angle.

The deciding angle will never be shown.

Posted on another thread, I froze it as Patterson kicked it and I think Roofe was probably just onside. Crap camera angle though so can't be 100% sure.

That is pretty conclusive, if VAR hadn’t overturned the red it would have chopped that off.

I mean the ball is in the air at that point. At the point of contact he is level.

In the air? It’s leaving Patterson’s boot

You've frozen it several frames too late. Try when his foot 1st touches the ball.

How can it have just left his foot and not be in the air? Unless he passed it along the ground, which he didn't.

It’s left his boot. That photo has also been doctored in some way, he wasn’t that far ahead of Daz when the ball was over Doig’s head. The pair of them are level when the ball is played.

It's not been doctored, he's just frozen it several frames after the foot 1st makes contact with the ball.

It has been doctored, I’ve got the exact same photo and Roofe is deeper and closer to Mcginn. You can actually see the part of the photo that’s a different colour - where he’s been moved from. It’s a decent photoshop effort.

His foot is clearly in contact or just directly after contact with the ball in that photo

I take it back, now I'm not so sure about it being doctored. See 2nd screen grab below which looks like is frozen at the same point but Roofe looks in a very different place. 1st pic below is when Patterson's boot makes contact.

Guess is social media. You can see the splodge between Roofe and McGinn - where Roofe has been moved from.
