Hibs.net Buses to the League Cup Semi Final - 21st November (see post 103 please)

Hibs are back at Hampden and this time we'll be there to see it. Hibs.net are delighted to be running 2 buses to the game.

We are happy to say that we are once again booked into the Clydesdale Cricket Club at Titwood, both buses will be booked in there. Bearing in mind that we will have 2-3 hours in the club can I stress that there is STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON THE BUSES. The Police will be out in force and neither myself or the drivers want to get into any bother.

We have continued to take on board previous feedback about the Golden Eagle buses so worry not they won't be making a reappearance. We have tried to keep costs down as much as possible and as such pricing will be £15 adults and £10 for under 16s. Payment is as always by PayPal to [email protected]. If this isn't suitable PM one of the admins and we can try to find a solution.

Could I ask someone from each group booked on the buses to PM me a mobile number over the next few days. By far the easiest way to communicate any late changes/issues on the day is using a WhatsApp group. If you don't use WA it's still handy for me to have a number for you.

Secondly most groups have now paid. If you haven't can you get the money over this week. If Paypal/bank transfer isn't an option for you then no worries. Just let me know you are paying on the day and I'll collect money from you then.

Finally in the days of the cashless society please remember some change because I will have the football cards in the go.

Just a few final updates before Sunday.

Pick up point for ER is behind the FF stand, the area around about where the clubstore is. PC World/Fabios is on the main road by the bus stops and Deer Park is outside the Beefeater restaurant that is there.

Both buses will be clearly marked bus 1 and bus 2. Bus 2 is primarily larger groups but there will be an admin from here on each bus should you have any issues. Can you please make sure everyone in your group knows which bus they are on.

Please be at your pick up point sharp. If you are running late give me a text and let me know, likewise if you have a last minute change of plan.

Please follow the instructions of the driver when it comes to things like wearing masks on the bus. It's their livelihood so do what they ask. Likewise the no alcohol rule isn't optional. It's only an hour or so and we will get a good kick at the ball in the club.

The club have confirmed payment by cash or card is fine. They will have some food on (pies and the like). They have looked after us really well a few times now and are pretty spot on with their staffing and organisation. Please behave, we want to go back again for the final!

Finally I think I have numbers for most groups now but if not please PM me if you can.

What a brilliant day out. Enjoyable 3 hours at the Cricket Club and a obviously a superb result. Kodus to the driver as well. Must have been difficult driving past those odious and vile Huns fans.
