I have just bought a ticket online for today’s match and chosen the option for an e-ticket however the website said it couldn’t show me the confirmation.

It said an email would be sent and it hasn’t but I have been charged for a ticket. Has anybody had this before?

Check your junk email folder. Think you can go into your ticket account and resend email. Would also email the ticket office and let them know.

Sorry to thread hijack but has anyone had trouble updating their details on the e tickets website? Every time I click update details it returns me to the homepage, I'm logged and I can view other tabs on the menu such as account history but there seems to be an issue with the update details tab. Anyone got any ideas :dunno:
