13,501 at the St Mirren game.
Our recent history with St J plus Thursdays result should see another 499 take the plunge.

Firstly I think it was only a guess and secondly would 14,000 really be a good crowd for a game like this?
Can’t make sundays game. Does anyone know if I can watch it on Hibs tv (UK)?

I think our view of what is and isn't a decent crowd is skewed by the post Cup Win/Promotion attendance boost we had for about three seasons. There was always an assumption that would become the norm, but it was never really a given.
Compared to the crowds we had before that, even in decent seasons, 14k would actually be pretty good.

I think some folk also tend to ignore the Covid factor. There will be more than a few who still don’t feel ready to go back into a big crowd.

I really don’t know. I do know of a few regulars who still haven’t been back to ER yet this season for the reason I mentioned.

Pre covid the two clubs had very similar attendances.
We need to be getting similar numbers to them post covid as well.
Their attendance for today against Livingston is being reported as 16,175, Hibs had 13,431 against the same team.
We had 13,501 at our last game and hoping for a least 13,675 tomorrow but that would still leave us 2,500 supporters light.
Hope Hibees everywhere can overcome their covid fear and whatever else is stopping them coming along to ER.
Almost 20% down on Hearts attendance is not good for Hibs finances.

You have to remember they have a fair chunk of renewals who got heavily discounted season tickets this season, so they might not have great revenue figures over Hibs
They are also back in the big league, so maybe a bigger sense of excitement down Gorgie Way

Not sure how, there were maybe 1000 gimps in the roseburn but that attendance would suggest it was packed out everywhere else.......which it wasn't.

Same old thread.
Clubs state the number of seats sold for the game, not those who attended.
Hence lots of empty seats to be seen.
Does not apply to non season ticket games.

I think the bit in bold plus still driven by anger about their expulsion could be the answer right enough.
Hibs definitely got attendance momentum from the Cup win followed by the promotion after 3 years away.
Hopefully we can get more and more folk back with each succeeding match.

Hearts give tickets sold as the attendance. Hibs certainly were doing the same but not sure we are this season.
