Home and Away kits are excellent.

The third kit always just seems like an after thought with a marketing slogan.

It's similar to so many yellow kits we've had recently.

I suppose it’s a third strip so a good chance to do something a bit different.

Although that said it’s very similar to the HSL colour and look so not quite sure now was the time for another yellow kit.

But I go back to my original point m, it’s a third kit so why not. I doubt we sell too many third kit tops anyway.

Think it would’ve looked better if it was black with the writing in green, I know that defeats the whole point of the “sunshine ok leith” thing however..

Can't see any unreasonable moaning tbh. The complaints I can see are roughly four types:

Don't like yellow
Too similar to last season's third kit
Don't like the writing all over the shirt
Too expensive

The first three are all subjective, just a question of personal taste. The last one is probably a complaint you get at the launch of 95% of football kits. None of them are expressed in a particularly moany way.

Are fans not allowed an opinion on a fans forum? Or are you actually trying to stoke a reaction? Which wouldn't be very civil.

This third shirt is just like all the other yellow kits we've had lately, it is very plain with some green flashes but it's been spun as sunshine on Leith again. I'm sure the club used that around 2008, albeit that was a decent yellow effort as it was different.

I love how creative the ideas behind the strips this season have been. Probs to the designer Peter at Hibs. Very original concepts in the home and 3rd, and obviously everyone loved the retro vibes of the away.

I like this.

Bur I'm like a few others in that the yellow just isnt for me.

I was actually hoping for something really out there, like the Spurs away strip.

But hey ho. It's just personal preference at the end of the day.

Well done Hibs

The addition of the lyrics actually elevate/differentiate it from being another yellow kit IMO. Collar style is weird though.

Seeing as SoL was my first dance song at my wedding and has strong connections/memories to a dearly departed mate, if it's in the club shop in my size next time I'm home, inevitably I'll end up spaffing £50 on it in the same way that I did the away kit.

Why are 25% of profits going to Oxfam, with their questionable behaviours (https://www.google.com/search?q=oxfam+rape&oq=oxfam+rape&aqs=chrome..69i57.2250j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8), rather than the money going to a local Leith/Edinburgh charity?

Totally agree, A poor choice and the messaging would work better if some Sunshine(in the form of money and hope) could be given to Leith recipients. By the time the prostitutes and Directors salaries have been paid for there won't be much left for deserving causes.

Quite like the strip and the Proclaimers connection less keen on the charity angle and in particular the choice of a big Multi National "Company" like Oxfam with their soiled reputation.

Utter tosh. Without an infrastucture Oxfam couldnt support its many many projects across the world. Whenever there is a major global crisis Oxfam is at the forefront of the aid effort. The leading worldwide charities bring their experience and expertese. In Oxfams case its in sanitary and water and provides this expertese in many many of the worlds major refugee camps
Governments across the world dont help anything like they should often in situations they have helped cause and more often than not its left to the worlds leading charities of which Oxfam is one.

Yes sure some idiot in Haiti couldnt keep his dick in his pants but any organisation with 30000 volunteers and staff is bound to have some dickeheads in it. There will be some miscreants amongst our 15000 in attendance at Easter Road. Dont believe all the ***** the Times brings up with its right wing anti foreign aid agenda.

Helping lical charities well i get that but then i get charity fullstop.
