Good interview with Ben on the Hibee Buzz. Gets the club and comes across as a man with a plan. Talking about new recruitment, structure of the club. Think we have a good one here and him and Ron have a different mindset to their predecessors

I think the club are thinking bigger than they have since Tom Hart was in charge, under Farmer there was little risk, which had us build infrastructure but the team suffered.

We now have everything in place for the team to benefit, i hope Ron is the man who takes us up a level, the signs do look good.:top marks

Really enjoyed that. I hadn’t heard him speak before but thought he gave the right balance of focus enthusiasm and not going to take any crap.

Future seems very bright and wish i was home a bit more to tap into the buzz.

Decent enough interview and I know Hibs are a business, but all the chat of KPI's etc really does my head in. Mainly cause I get it every day at work! Haha.
