Sorry if been asked before, i got the email earlier saying i could download my season ticket onto google pay as well as having the actual card, how do i get it onto google pay, ive never used it before

It should be a pre-installed app on your phone - assuming you've got an android.

If you can't see it then download it from the Google Play Store.

Yeah ive got the app but not sure how i get the card onto it, ive never used google pay ever

I think ill need to email them as it only says apple, thats probably what the issue is,im useless with this stuff so thats great ta

Nah only apple for some reason, seems to be missing from the email

I had the same problem when I opened up my email through the Outlook app on my phone, only showed up the Apple wallet icon. I opened up the same email through the Web browser instead and the Google Pay icon appeared.

Rotate your phone, it’ll then show

Mine downloaded fine on Google Pay. My phone wont let me adjust the card to allow me to use it in the scanner. I had to use my ST

Take a screenshot and you can then adjust it.Great shout. It might also help if Hibs adjust the spaces to accomodate phones versus ST cards [emoji16]. Width is fine but length not good enough. A phrase I've heard before somewhere..
