Ticket issues

Quick heads up to anyone not here yet. Both my season tickets and moment others got rejected at the turnstile. Had to be validated by a steward

Sometimes it's the turnstile that's the issue not the tickets themselves. A few of us in a row tried the same turnstile and it accepted the ticket but the gate didn't open so when we scanned it again it was rejected

Notice quite a few knocked back in West Lower. I was a bit concerned because I've had this card for about 3 years but it worked fine.

I'm my nephews PA and his season ticket didn't work in the East neither in the turnstile scanner or the stewards scanner. The steward said I had to go round to the ticket office and I politely told her that wouldn't be happening with 10 minutes to go to kick off. She relented and let us in thankfully but numerous other people were having the same issue. She asked me to contact the ticket office on Monday which I'll do but this needs sorted and quick. I saw someone say on another thread that just when the team are doing well on the park it seems that there are a right few off field problems cropping up a the moment. I'm hoping Ben our new CEO will get these problems addressed as he settles into his new position

Mine didn’t work but scanned ok by the steward, the girl in front of me and the guy in the adjacent turnstile all had the same problem and had to join a queue for the steward in the East. First time I’ve ever had problems and it’s the same ST card as last year.
