As a percentage of population I wonder how much of America hasn't been sued or hasn't sued someone. They seem to have a hardon for litigation.

At different stages of his life he may have had different feelings about the photo but that doesn’t mean that they had the right to change the terms of use of the photograph? It will be an interesting case.
He was clearly exploited but I’m not sure if that was by the the band, the photographer or his parents?
He certainly wasn’t able to consent to it.

The guy is clearly looking for attention/money.

Only a few years ago in an interview he was bragging about how it made him famous and opened doors for him, not to mention the numerous anniversary photoshoots he did :rolleyes: probably got as far as he could with that avenue so now needs a new angle.

The exploitation/child porn statements are laughable.

Sums up the sue culture of 'Murica perfectly though.
