Good interview Ross. Well done.
Very positive qualities from Mallan, learning the language, working on his physique etc
Will improve as a person as well as a footballer.
Biggest negative for him in Brtish football was his lack of natural speed and you either have it or you don't but that will be less of an issue in Turkey. Hope he does well.
