As a season ticket holder, is today's game on Hibs TV free? I am being asked for £15, despite getting an e-mail saying that the game is free for season ticket holdres.

Hibs Pass doesn't appear to be working any more either.

Anyone got any ideas?

I can log in fine - it's just they are asking me to pay £15 despite the fact I received an e-mail saying Hibs TV is free for season ticket holders.

I've got it now. Hibs TV opened up under my Hibs TV login, different from my Hibs Pass login. Fixed it! :greengrin

You may be using the wrong ‘credentials’ for logging in. It has to be the season ticket based log in using the name and client number and not for example an existing UK hibstv log in.

Not trying to be smart, but it’s Hibs TV you log on, not Hibspass

Yeah and not trying to be smart either but saw a few of these messages. I only twigged after reading the board a couple of days ago.

Hibspass is no more. Just go to www.hibernianfc.co.uk and up on the right is a tab showing HibsTV, click on that and add your appropriate info

That doesn’t work for me and I didn’t ever get an email sent by Hibs about it so unless I’ve been singularly unfortunate there may have been some ST accounts that haven’t been set up properly.

You maybe right Andy, spoke to someone yesterday who had the same problem

Did you do the whole Single Sign On thing when it was introduced? Maybe that`s what is causing you the problem.

I’m fine with reception at ER, bit slow sometimes
Using try and stay off here once the match starts though😀

No, what I meant is that if you have scanned your ticket to get into the ground, can you then log into HibsTV. I thought that the fact you were attending the match meant that you couldn't watch it on HibsTV and to be honest, why would you. I may be wrong, it's quite a frequent occurrence!

Gordon Smart, a fellow Hibs fan! He’s an ex journo and does a lot of radio work, just noticed he has more followers on Twitter than Hibs.

Liked him alot, hopefully a permanent fixture moving forward
