Ticket office contact

Anybody know how to contact the ticket office and actually get an answer?
They’ve just sent me three blank tickets for tomorrow (only a block number, no row or seat and no QR)
and the number the email says to call for assistance is switched off…

I got 4, think it’s an administration error as the email address I received the ticket to was unsuccessful in the ballot

I’ve never had an issue getting a response from [email protected]

I’ve emailed them but got an auto response that they won’t respond til Monday.

Just got e-mailed 4 tickets even though we haven't got anything in our ticket history and we entered the ballot

All 4 tickets have blank row, seat and block and we can't save to our digital wallet

The reply I got said : "Home matchdays will vary but always 2 hours before kick-off for matchday enquiries only"

What other option is there? Can’t phone them, emails not replied to until the day after the game.

I’ve not been told I was unsuccessful so why would I not go with the tickets they sent me? If I don’t go and it’s not an error I’d feel a bit daft.

Message said they’re busy due to the europa league game and have just sent an email in the last 30 mins so someone’s working.

There won’t be someone sitting in the ticket office manually sending out individual emails.

It will unfortunately be a glitch in the system which has issued ticketless emails to folk in the ballot who were unsuccessful.

Frustrating but these things do happen with technology.

Technology works the way people tell it to.

We can confirm this is an administrative error. Unfortunately, if you have received this email today you have not been successful in the ballot. Any ticket without a seat number, or any email sent today confirming you been successful in the ballot, has been sent in error. We are afraid you have been unsuccessful.

Those who have valid tickets, selected via the ballot, received confirmation on Friday. Only those contacted then, with tickets that included seat numbers, are eligible to attend the game.

We are really sorry for any confusion and appreciate fans who received tickets today will be disappointed. We will confirm your unsuccessful application later today in order to avoid any confusion.
