Has any other season ticket holder who was unsuccessful in the ballot been able to login to Hibs Tv or HibsPass to check if they can watch the game tomorrow? When I try, I am getting invalid credentials, I am using the same username and pw as last season.

That can happen if you are still logged in on another device, or, you are using the wrong log in info, for example my HibsPass log in is different from my HibsTV ppv one. Good luck.

Tried that and still not working, just hoping someone in the ticket office today can sort it out.

paid for PPV on thursday but wanted to see if any highlights were up on hibs TV but i had to change my username and password yesterday, got e-mails for both to enable it including password has been updated then still get wrong credentials when i try to sign in, pay £8/month and not even visited Hibs TV for approx 18 months

and yes i know the PPV is different from Hibs TV

I was successful in the ballot but can still log in to Hibs TV (HibsPass no longer exists)

Means I can watch the content on Hibs TV just now but no idea what happens once I scan my ticket tomorrow

There is a small T&C box you have to click on the left so make sure you are doing that.

All my info for Hibs TV is the same as it was for HibsPass

I never got that email from Hibs and that combination, same as I used for Hibs pass, doesn’t work for Hibs TV.

That`s strange because I use exactly the same combination for Hibs TV that I used for Hibs Pass. Did you ever have Hibs TV in the past though? I didn`t and last week was the first time I logged into it. Maybe it`s expecting a different username or something

i've never been a ST holder, but i've been with HibsTV for several+ years, this started mucking up when we changed to allowing ST holders to watch live games free, i noticed that i could no longer just login to hear the audio version on HibsTV, i should have said something back then, but that's not the point, when i click on the "forgot username" part on the HibsTV site it sends me an e-mail, they reply with my username, i then click on "forgot password", they then sent an e-mail with a link to change password which i did, i then use my new details and STILL get invalid credentials, please try again...it's Hibstv that are sending me the links and i am following the instructions sent to me, i'm only p@ssed off because for the first time since lockdown last year i have been paying my £7.99 after increasing it from £5.99, i've went 16 months paying the increase since and the one time i actually wanted to log in i discover it's STILL &*&*$%d from lockdown last year
