Weird they don't mention the other players who ordered cheeseburgers. Nowt wring with soke junk food from time to time. He was Man Utds best player last season and just had a storming euros with England so it can't affect him that badly

Never mind about Shaw, someone needs to be having words with Mason Greenwood. A fillet steak cooked well done with ketchup. Grow up.

He had his fries well done too - I didn`t think that was actually possible. Has he no taste buds or something??

And Fred just ate himself - mucky pup doing that at the dining table

Each to their own obviously but they should have just put a pair of old boots in the microwave, warmed them up a bit and then smeared them in ketchup.

Have you posted this because you called Drey Wright fat and you’re still upset that people called you out on it?

By any definition, Luke Shaw is in good shape. I’m not sure what your obsession with shaming people for what they eat is all about.

Different people can eat the same diet but have different body fat, so your title seems a bit of a nonsense.

Body fat is a big contributor but you also need to consider individual metabolic rates and of course the amount of excercise someone does.

To be fair that's a bit of an outlier. It's generally accepted that your body fat is down to diet more than excercise, you need to burn a huge amount of calories to fend off a bad diet.

A once in a lifetime level athlete. Literally a genetic freak. For the rest of us, it's 90% diet, 10% exercise.
