My understanding was that if you were keeping the same seat you were to use your existing season ticket/ card.
Our group is but just got emails for 3 of our group with digital downloads of season tickets 21-22 , assume we will now get plastic season ticket cards sent out to keep everything in sync.
Anyone else get the same ?

You will be able to use either your existing season ticket card or the digital download.

I think they have to re-do the digital download every season.

They automatically update your card if you haven`t moved etc, you just don`t see that side of things

Can you get new season ticket cards even if you are staying in the same seats as my barcode is a bit faint and may have an issue at the turnstile whilst trying to scan

The ticket office can issue a new one for you mate, costs a fiver

But you could just download the pdf for a ticket and send it onto a mate so that doesn`t really stop sharing

Got mine yesterday, downloaded successfully and all ready to go. I moved seats so maybe that has an influence on my ticket ...

When I called up to add my son I was told that old season cards would be valid and a new one would be sent out for my son. That's never arrived and I've never received any emails about a digital download and can't see anything referring to this in my eticketing account

It’s already available, I have mine as do others.
