I would imagine if someone can't make and lets the club know they'll just pick someone else from the ballot. Can probably even reimburse them either by a credit back to the card used to buy them or I see that since the website was updated we've now got an account balance so it could be a credit to that.

Unless there is a requirement for retina scan, finger print technology or perhaps rectal thermometer check at the turnstile I assume that the barcode scanner will work just fine😂😂

Nobody really cares, nobody checks. Season tickets have been non transferable forever yet nobody bats an eyelid.

As 007 said above, it should be quite easy to return the tickets so that another ST holder who missed out can get them. That seems fair enough to me, if not to others.

Im with you obd. All the new technology should make it very easy to return your unwanted tickets and let someone on a reserve list get the use of them. That way the club would then be able to monitor who was using the tickets.

It is better to email them at [email protected] than to try and phone. They are very good at responding to emails, in my experience.
