Do you think their outraged fans are happy now that their owners have spent a few quid after breaking into the stadium a few months back and is the world a better place because of these signings?

Think you'd have to ask them.

Their owners haven't spent anything. It's revenues that they're spending.

Who owns the debt ?

They secured a loan which was in the name of the club to buy Man U, don't know how they got away with it, but effectively it was the club, helped by the fans, who bought Mau U for the Glaziers. I'd be raging if it was Hibs and I don't blame the fans one bit for wanting them out of their club ASAP.

No ,because that's not what it's about.

I'd imagine the fans are delighted they are getting the players to match the £££ they pummel in to the club - much like we were at times under our previous stewardship

The club owns the debt. The Glazers took out the loans to buy the club (some at very high rates of interest) against the club; the debt isn't theirs personally.

The latest protests were against the European Super League debacle, and fans of all the six English clubs involved did some kind of protest. It was disgraceful, decided without any consultation with the domestic leagues, the fans or the players.

By the way, the Glazers, in addition to being parasites, were massive Trump supporters, acquiescing in his racist agenda because of the massive tax cuts he gave to the super rich. Some people will do anything for money.

Sancho from Dortmund; Varane from Real Madrid is yet confirmed, but is reportedly a done deal.

Ta. Sancho seems to have been on the boil for ever though. Can’t imagine what they want with the Verane fellah when they have McGuire as a pivot.

The bondholders own the debit. MAN U and the Glazer family are liable for it and are the debtors. The debt is split 50 50 between them. But it is all secured on Man U's assets.
