I renewed my season tickets (my son and myself) on 2-5-21, and having signed in as instructed just now to apply for the ballot, it says I'm not eligible. Any other season ticket holders being told this. Any views or advise ? I have emailed [email protected] asking what the problem is but thought I ask on here if anyone had a similar problem.

Many people are getting that message …Once on that screen. Click on your account and then click the buy tickets option. You’ll find it there …..

I had the same message but I hadn't signed in properly and once I sorted that out, all worked perfectly.

Right I went back in and this time I must have clicked on the right bit (bold black underlined ?), it did not seem to think that I wanted accessibility tickets and it let me proceed. Weird or I'm a rubbish at the computer (which I am) but at least I'm now in the ballot. For anyone with similar issues just keep at it.

It happened to me on my mobile (Android). Tried on laptop (Chrome) and got in no probs.

I regularly get warnings on the ticket site and have to tell them I am not a robot. No issues on any other sites and just another gremlin in our very poor ticketing arrangements. Got the not eligible message but knew that it would just need a login in previous to clicking the link. Ticketmaster are a very poor service for us

I'm still getting this message.

I had the same for a while. When you are definitely signed in to the Hibs ticketing site click on the link below again and it should work.

It`s all horses for courses. I`ve never had any problems trying to buy tickets or re-new season tickets. In fact, any problems I encounter are because of mistakes I made.

Are people trying to buy tickets before logging in? I just don`t think Ticketmaster works that way. I know with Amazon you can shop and put things in your basket. At least with them, if you go to buy the items and haven`t logged in, they will be there when you do.

I suppose the moral is, make sure you log in first!

Nothing wrong with the Robot page. It’s to stop ticket bots.

Changed browser and got it working.

I can't even make the game but just hate technology not working and was determined to fix it. 😂

I was trying to get 2 concessions, (senior and youth), in our family application and there was no drop down price menu. Ticket master apparently taking full adult price for them.

I've emailed ticket office for help.

According to the article if you're successful, the correct price will be deducted from your card based on your season ticket category.

Weirdly I had it a bit. Managed to sort it but when I picked a ticket for me and my fourteen year old son but it charged us both for adult tickets

If you go back in and read it further down it states that if successful the correct money will be deducted as per type of season ticket. I had £46 come up but if I'm right I should be charged for one adult and one youth

Not at all, we've now got a decent upgraded site and ticketing system. All you have to do is login first and you'll be able to enter the ballot. You'll only be deducted money if successful and that will be the category of the season ticket you have, ie Adult, Youth, Child etc. Simple stuff.

We are a very small cog in a massive wheel for Tickermaster.
How do you suggest the club do it better? Very difficult to please everyone.
I’ve found the upgrade easy to use with no issues at all.

I logged in properly and it kept telling me I was ineligible which was incorrect and after an hour of logging in and out it eventually worked

I'm having trouble buying a Happy Hibee ticket. The error message doesn't make much sense given that I'm trying to buy one ticket.

Closes 3pm Monday so you could get in touch with ticket office on Monday if it’s still an issue

Tried again and logged out and back in and it’s worked ( luck of the draw now )

Anybody know why Hearts are allowed 5272 at their game last night and again we are only allowed 4700? We have the slightly bigger capacity, so would expect a wee bit bigger than the 5272 that Hearts got?

We’re not buddy, that’s the minimum we are allowed - awaiting agreement on total attendance for the games ahead
