I got that email as well - also confused!

We won't be getting the game on Sunday as it's on Sky but not sure about Hibspass.

It refers to testing your stream ahead of matchday so it definitely suggests that it's for actual live streams.

I wondered if (for ST holders) our online TV stuff would be migrated from Hibspass for this season - certainly the logins are the same, and it would be helpful just to have the one favourite for live and the other stuff (interviews, Buzz etc).

Clarification would be good tho

Hopefully get some clarity soon.

Hibspass.com still works albeit there's nothing to watch on it right now.

Other thing worth noting is that although it had automatically added my user name and password, it didn't work as it had included an extra leading zero to the reference number in both the user name and password. I removed them and it worked perfectly.

Managed to log in no problem.

It says on the site the test runs from 10 AM but there is no test stream? There are no streams at all?

Think it's just the test card with the crowd noise in the background. Worked fine for me also.

I logged in. I saw the test card but the video wouldn't play.
"This video file cannot be played.(Error Code: 232404)"

The article on the fishy site says "And if you encounter any issues please contact the support team via [email protected]"

I've now sent off said email.

Did you try refreshing the screen? That usually sorts that error for me.

I received a very quick reply from the Hibs IT guys.

It seems I should have used my Hibs Pass credentials to log in to Hibs TV rather than my Hibs TV user name & password. I don't recall reading that anywhere.

It's now working.

I've got 3 different logins for Hibs now, shop, TV and tickets.

The email said i had to ues the weird user name format thing for the TV. I didn't. I just logged in the same way as I did for hibspass last year with the details saved on my pc.

Be good when they get to the stage of 1 login for everything to simplify things.

Is your Hibspass login no the same “weird user name format thing” as it is now for Hibs TV?

1st name-surname-client id is mine for both

The hibspass.com link has just disappeared so can't check now but my login to hibsTV is a different format and works no problem.

I'm really confused with this now, will there be any changes from last season in terms of how season ticket holders watch matches that they can't attend in person?

Is the game available for international viewers tonight? I’ve just registered after moving abroad but only have the live audio for U.K. viewers showing when I log in despite having an overseas subscription.

The username and password I have for this site isn’t the old first name-last name - reference number of last season though. Is that right?

Mate i get this every single hibs game ! I put it in the proper details and it comes up invalid credentials , Next year it's pay at the gate for me , Can't promise their won't be more restrictions next season so not worth a season ticket
