Think the rise of Josh Doig will be very exciting. Also hoping to get a chance to see Nisbet in a Hibs shirt in person!

Skelping hearts for starters

This is it for me.

Lifting the premiership trophy in May and skelping hearts 3 times (no fourth fixture due to hearts being bottom 6).

Seeing them in person and not on a TV screen.

Winning some big games has been the missing piece of the jigsaw

Hearts
Celtic and Sevco
Aberdeen
Semi finals and finals

I’d like at least one decent European tie that we can attend in good numbers.

My 'list of demands' from Hibs :greengrin

*Cement our position as the third force and close the gap of the OF
*Another cup final
*Europe post Christmas
*See Nisbet, Porteous and Doig take their games up to the next level
*See another fresh face or two come out of EM to claim a starting place in the first XI
*More big game wins against the OF and Aberdeen
*9 points out of 9 against 'Them'
and more generally.......
*Never ever to see us going down in a game without a real fight

Not too much to hope for I think :flag:

Spanking hearts a lot

Another couple of signings would be the thing I'd most like in the short term.

A passing game, less of the panicky hoofball.
Porteous maturing into the outstanding defender we know he can be.

I like this list.
Agree

Especially the bit about never giving up a game without a fight

Any game not just a final

Spanking hearts a lot

Never happens. Couldn’t even beat them in last years semi-final when they’d only been back playing a couple of weeks

I like it too. Not too much to ask for is it :greengrin

Playing with the style of Mowbray and the fight of Lennon. Backed by a full house at ER.

Group stage, European football.

Winning a cup.

At least one of the above.

Not sure if I'll see any of the things I want other than to actually be there. But surely beating hearts regularly can't be that difficult...can it??

Always enjoyable but should not be what defines our season. Leave that sort of thing to the wee team.

Ball retention, when in front and maybe just maybe seeing games out without dread setting in.

Steady improvement on last season.

At least 1 win against Celtic or Rangers.

A much more “Hibs” way of playing, for want of a better way.

The Hibs side of the second half of 2018/19 played some of the best football I’ve seen us play and should be the benchmark.

Edit, 2017/18, not 18/19

Do you mean the 2nd half of 2017/2018 under Lennon? The 2nd half of 2018/2019 was under Heckingbottom, though to be fair he did get good results.

Yes, I’ve had two kids since then and my timeline is very screwed up 😆
